I love supporting and encouraging new families! It takes a village to raise a family and the days with a newborn are no exception. My primary focus is supporting mom during the immediate postpartum time and through the 4th trimester, but that can look a lot of different ways depending on her needs. I often end up doing a bit of light meal prep, baby laundry, washing and sterilizing bottles and pump parts, baby care, including feeding, education around newborn care for first time parents, and nursery organization.
